4. Purpose of the site

The site presents and distributes, free of charge, seven free and open-source Android apps developed by the publisher: App Manager Tech, PDF Tech, Read Files Tech, Pass Tech, Notes Tech, Agenda Tech and SMS Tech.

They come with no advertising, no subscription, no paid version and no user account. The project accepts no payment and no donation.

  • the APK files linked from this site, hosted on GitHub Releases (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA);
  • the source code, published at github.com/gitubpatrice;
  • F-Droid (f-droid.org), for the apps published there: each app's page says where it stands.

Any other source (third-party download site, modified APK, file received by message…) is not an official source.

6. Intellectual property and licences

The source code of the apps is distributed under the Apache License 2.0, whose text is in the LICENSE file of each repository. The third-party libraries and resources they include remain under their own licences, listed in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md file of each repository.

The texts and graphics of this site are protected by copyright. The "Files Tech" name, the app names and their logos identify the publisher's projects: as section 6 of the Apache License 2.0 provides, the licence grants no right to these names and logos, except the reasonable use of describing where a piece of software comes from.

The trademarks mentioned on this site (Android, Google, GitHub, F-Droid…) belong to their owners. Mentioning them implies no affiliation, partnership or endorsement.

Links to files-tech.com are allowed without prior request, provided they do not suggest an affiliation or partnership that does not exist.

This site is governed by French law. The French version of this notice prevails.
